Case Summary:

A Chinese research associate whose studies are focused on processing and analyzing images through advanced noise filtering and target detection methods hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to help him obtain EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) approval. Our client’s impressive credentials—such as his doctoral degree and extensive work experience in the field of electronic engineering—assured us that we could help him accomplish his green card goals. After confirming that he met at least 3 out of the 10 EB1A requirements set by the USCIS, we countersigned the retainer agreement. The 3 requirements he fulfilled were:

3. Peer Review Experience: Our client had already conducted 70 peer reviews for at least 10 scientific journals by the time we filed his EB1A petition. Only top-level experts in their field are invited to judge the work of others, so this frequent review activity demonstrated our client’s respected standing in the field.
