Case Summary:
A prominent assistant professor from Iran clinched EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) petition approval just 14 days after North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) filed it on her behalf. The reason for such rapid adjudication is thanks to Premium Processing, a service offered by the USCIS that allows petitioners to have action taken on their cases within 15 days.
Before we agreed to take on our client’s EB1B case, we had to be sure that her employer—an American university—was willing to serve as the petitioner. This is because EB1B is an employer-petitioned I-140 category.
