Case Summary:

Just 9 days after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) petition for an assistant professor from China, the USCIS approved his case. Not only did our client have a doctoral degree and ample experience working in the field of mechanical engineering, he also had the full support of his employer who served as the case’s petitioner.

Building a strong EB-1B petition:

Once we were retained, our team initiated a deep and comprehensive research on our client’s background in order to devise a strong petition.

We learned that his specialized research has focused on the creation of new frameworks and algorithms to study large-scale combustion systems, including computationally efficient simulation of turbulent combustion, the creation of a self-consistent framework for multiscale modeling of plasma assisted ignition and combustion, the creation of a new real fluid property evaluation tool for supercritical mixing and combustion, and the design of a well-balanced numerical scheme for shallow water systems, which could greatly impacted the US defense industry through his findings on non-equilibrium plasma, simulations of turbulent combustion, and high-thrust rocket engines. Aside from detailed summaries of our client’s research projects, we also discussed the 356 times his 26 peer-reviewed scientific articles were cited as well as the 30 times he judged the work of his peers.

We also assisted our client to narrow down the list of potential recommenders who could advocate for the approval of his EB-1B petition.
