North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) recently received an approval notice for an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition that we filed on behalf of an Iranian associate with PhD in Economic Analysis and Policy. Our client’s research centered on analyzing the socio-economic impact of public policies, which holds significant implications for economic growth and prosperity for the U.S.
One of the first steps we took was to analyze our client’s credentials. First, we elaborated on his research that focuses on determining how government investments impact education, which is a fundamental factor of great value to the United States.
