Case Summary:

In this EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) case, our client was an optics physicist working in the field of optical engineering. She sought North America Immigration Law Group’s help to file an EB-1A petition. To speed up the process, our client opted for Premium Processing. Our client, who has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, develops optical techniques and instrumentation for effective optical imaging and optical sensors. Her research encourages the implementation of Raman spectroscopy imaging, which is crucial for the exploration of optical sensors and instruments that are applied to tissue analysis, clinical diagnosis, biosensors, molecular sensing, chemical imaging, and material science.
