Case Summary:

As a graduate student and graduate research assistant, our client’s impressive research portfolio demonstrates that her work is significant to the United States. North America Immigration Law Group worked diligently to prove this to the USCIS, and the EB2-NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition we filed on behalf of our client, who is an M.Sc. holder from Russia, was eventually approved.

Our client’s investigations on chemoresistance mechanisms and cancer stem cells directly contribute to the United States’ pharmaceutical industry, clinical practitioners and cancer research. According to an expert molecular biologist, who wrote a recommendation letter to support our client’s I-140 petition, “Innumerable opportunities arise for the field of oncology thanks to [Client’s] research contributions.
