Case Summary:

Some time ago, a postdoctoral associate with a Ph.D. and a Master’s in Chemistry contacted North America Immigration Law Group to help him file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition using Premium Processing. Although he eventually received a positive response from the USCIS, the process took longer than expected. They issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) after his petition was filed. In response to the RFE, the team at North America Immigration Law Group convincingly argued that our client met the criteria that would earn him a green card. Our demonstration that our client’s work is vital to the United States resulted in the approval of his I-140 petition, and we are pleased to report that our client is now close to his green card goal

In the petition packet, we included evidence of our client’s many research projects in his field of materials science.
