Case Summary:

Some time ago, a postdoctoral research associate from India sought our help in filing an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. The petition we prepared and submitted for her detailed her Ph.D. in Life Sciences and years of experience in the field of neurobiology. After the average processing time elapsed, we raised a service request with the USCIS. Their ensuing Request for Evidence (RFE) elicited a rapid and thorough response from us. We handled all aspects of communication with the USCIS, which gave our client time to focus on her important work. Over a year after submitting the EB-2 NIW petition, we received an approval notice.
