Case Summary:
Thanks to Premium Processing (PP), a research scientist from China only waited 5 days for notification of case approval. Despite costing $1,225 more, it enabled him to have action taken on his EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition within 15 days instead of the usual 4-9 months.
Step 1: Evaluation
When he approached North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) for help, we carefully evaluated his credentials to be sure that we could build a strong EB-1A case for him. Once we confirmed that we could, we initiated the contract and got to work compiling a wealth of information on his various achievements in the field of electronic engineering.
Step 2: Gathering Information
In order to prove to the USCIS that our client deserved to get one step closer to green card success, we collected as much relevant information as we could regarding his work in the field. The research summary that our client sent to us was especially helpful as it gave us insight into his work on developing new algorithms in wireless communications for cognitive radio networks and addressing wireless security issues. We also collected recommendation letters volunteered by six other experts working in the field. These letters supported the approval of our client’s EB-1A petition approval and contained statements such as this one: “[Client] has clearly risen above the level of average ability in his field, and his expertise could not be easily replaced. Step 3: Building the Case
Once we had everything we needed, we started building a strong EB-1A presentation for our client. Amongst other things, we listed the 134 citations to his work, his 10 published articles, and the whopping 136 times he judged the work of his peers. We also noted his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and informed the USCIS that our client possesses the theoretical and practical skills to conduct impactful research that benefits the United States.
