Case Summary:

An engineer III from Bangladesh hired North America Immigration Law Group for filing an I-140 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf and to get him closer to achieving the green card. When he approached us, we guided him through the process of obtaining a green card. Basically, there are two steps involved i.e., filing an I-140 petition and I-485 application.

Since we have first-hand information on how USCIS adjudicates the I-140 petitions, our client was certain that we would walk miles for this NIW case to be successful, however, he retained our services to help him with both I-140 and I-485 applications.

• Moreover, the funding support he received from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) and the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), thereby demonstrating that this funding is reserved for research advancing the national interest, including national interests in research and education in science and engineering, so the selection of our client’s work underscores its importance in these areas.

Acknowledging the aforementioned testimony, and the funding of his work by prestigious U.S. federal agencies, we were confident that he deserved the national interest waiver to advance his proposed research into large-scale system simulation for continuous data applied to water resources management, water systems structure performance, and other areas. To prove the great importance his research holds, we also added five recommendation letters acquired by our client. He obtained these letters from other leading and noble researchers in the field, corroborating that his work provides cutting-edge models and tools to ensure optimal water resource management around the world and is relevant to the proper management of stormwater runoff and the optimal allocation and management of water resources.
