Case Summary:

Nearly ten and a half months after we filed an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition for a postdoctoral fellow from Taiwan, Nebraska Service Center approved his case. Our client has years of experience conducting fruitful research in the field of computational biology and possesses a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. – Of immense significance were the 4 recommendation letters gathered from other influential experts. One of these letters contributed by a renowned professor stated: “[Client] has a rare penchant for innovation, as well as the skills, knowledge, and talent required to produce influential work. In fact, this skillset has distinguished [Client] from his peers and allowed his research to progress beyond the output of the average researcher.” Similar words of appreciation contained in the other letters endorsed our client’s credentials and achievements.

After assembling a comprehensive and impactful NIW petition, we filed it on our client’s behalf. After the adjudication timeline crept outside the normal processing timeframe, we raised a service request. Less than 2 months later, our client’s petition was approved (after a total of 10 months and 9 days). We are happy that our client secured an NIW approval and is now one step closer to his dream of permanent residency in the United States.
