After a long wait of 13.5 months, a post-doctoral associate from Bangladesh finally received the national interest waiver. With a master’s degree, Ph.D. candidacy, and ample experience in the field of chemical engineering, he seemed like a suitable candidate for EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver).
