A little over 7 months after North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a gifted staff scientist from India, Nebraska Service Center approved his petition. With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and extensive experience working in the field of applied synthetic chemistry, we are not surprised that our client obtained petition approval.
