Case Summary:

Equipped with a Ph.D. in technical sciences, our client proposed to advance in the field of computer science and hired North America Immigration Law Group to file an I-140 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. When he approached us, we asked him to provide all the relevant and credible evidence that could persuade USCIS to permit his NIW approval without any hurdles.

Peer Review Experience- Not only did he have a notable record of success in publications and citations but he had also conducted at least 50 peer reviews for 15 highly acclaimed journals, confirming that only top-level experts in their field are invited to perform this important review work and our client is one among them. In addition, his expertise and experience have been recognized through his appointment to leadership positions within the field as well, including positions as session chair and held positions on the program committee. Given the considerable expert understanding required to fulfill such positions, it is noticeable that these roles reflect our client’s vital role in the field of computer science.
