Case Summary:

North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com represented a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Illinois in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering. His work has focused specifically on various innovative initiatives relating to advanced approaches in the characterization of cracks in asphalt materials and asphalt pavements. He has developed two innovative testing methods: a non-destructive acoustic emission-based testing method as well as a creep disk-shaped compact tension mechanical performance testing technique. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to Civil and Environmental Engineering, including 14 peer-reviewed scientific articles and numerous presentations at national and international conferences. His publications had been cited at least 43 times at the time we filed the case; nearly all of the citations were by independent researchers around the world, demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field.
