Case Summary:

With a Ph.D. in Structural Biology and Epigenetics and extensive experience working in the field of structural biology, our client had the credentials to file his I-140 petition under EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers). Even so, as EB-1B is a U.S. employer-sponsored visa category, he had to garner the full support of his employer—an academic medical research facility—before proceeding.
