Case Summary:

It only took the USCIS 10 days to determine that our client—a research associate from India—deserved to have his EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition approved.

Considering the widespread circulation of these media outlets, coverage is indicative of the importance of our client’s work.

Based on the wealth of information we gathered, we customized a detailed petition letter that highlighted our client’s extraordinary ability in the field. To back up our argument that our client’s work is beneficial to the US and that his EB1A petition should be approved, we also presented several recommendation letters as subjective evidence.
