At Chen Immigration Law Associates, we received another NIW approval notice for a client in the field of neuroscience and biology. This client is a research fellow specializing in the interactions between glia cells and axons during nervous system development, with a goal towards better understanding the underlying mechanisms of many diseases and cancers. In order to ensure the success of this case, we submitted extensive documentation of the client’s highly significant contributions to the neuroscience and biology. Our client’s work has resulted in at least 6 peer-reviewed scholarly publications and 10 conference presentations appearing in leading journals and international conference proceedings.
