Case Summary:

This case was approved in 2.5 months without the request of premium processing. In addition, this client was a reviewer for many well-known journals within his related fields.  Of his accomplishments, one of his independent recommenders remarked, “[Client] has already greatly assisted in the progress in molecular oncology, and I believe he will continue to contribute in the treatment of advanced stage cancer patients with disseminated cancer cells. This is especially important work as these particular patients are no treatable through currently available methods. [Client]’s work represents the final line of defense for patients with advanced stage cancers by improving their chances of survival.”  It was our goal to prove that our client qualified for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability given that he sought to remain in the United States in order to continue his immunology research, and that his continued research would noticeably benefit the United States. With the proof and documentation provided, the case of this client was approved within 2 ½ months.
