In this case, the client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the opportunity to work with was a Rock Physicist from Bangladesh.  His had focused on developing new methods to better analyze seismic data through quantifying cement and overcome the limitations of anisotropic rock physics, and he had developed methods to predict the amount of gas and oil that can be extracted from a reservoir.  We successfully demonstrated that his employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to his field, including at least 5 peer-reviewed scientific articles, 19 conference papers, and 17 presentations at national and international conferences.  These publications had been cited at least 38 times at the time of case filing by independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, indicating the major significance of his work.  The overarching significance of his work in his field was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “Defined oil gas recovery factor by implementation of this tool will allow more advanced evaluation of the commercial value of reservoirs from geophysical data, an advancement l find incredibly exciting—a sentiment shared by many colleagues in the industry. This tool models rocks in four dimensions. Myself, along with various highly respected authorities on the matter, anticipate that [his] tool will be the best tool on the market for 4D seismic data analysis.”  Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience.
