Case Summary:

In this case, the client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the opportunity to work with was a Postdoctoral Fellow from Taiwan.  His work had focused specifically on the design and synthesis of organic molecules, semiconducting polymers, nanoparticles, and polymer dots.  We successfully demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to his field, including 14 peer-reviewed journal articles and 1 patent. These publications had been cited at least 208 times at the time of case filing by researchers around the world,demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field.  The importance of his continued work in the US was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “The benefits of [his] work with nano-particles may not be as obvious, but they are just as important. With the advancement of Pdot technology, the quality of its biomedical application will increase along with its potential for other applications. Chemistry research of several varieties in the United States will be greatly bolstered by [his] continued work in the field.”  Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in 5 months and 22 days.
