For this EB-2 NIW case, we had the privilege of working with an Optical Engineer, who has made substantial contributions and garnered international acclaim in the field of Physics. In his research endeavors, he has developed enhanced optics for new imaging techniques, which have revolutionized the industrial and scientific sectors in the United States. Our client has used his multidisciplinary training to develop an alternative method for breast cancer screening, as well as design a novel automobile headlight for better vision during night driving. His work has offered new approaches that lower screening costs for breast cancer and other diseases that require invasive methods of detection, and furthermore, his work has reduced the incidence of automobile accidents caused by low visibility. The originality of his work has culminated in the authorship of 27 peer-reviewed manuscripts that were published in the leading journals of his field. At the time of filing his case, his publications had been cited 129 times by researchers worldwide, demonstrating the global scientific community’s heavy reliance upon his work. Furthermore, his work has been presented and discussed at internationally renowned conferences.
