Case Summary:
North America Immigration Law Group specializes in helping clients with the legal side of the immigration process, which includes the case and petition preparation. Several years on since our establishment, we have earned a reputation for having over 25,000 case approvals. This experience has helped us learn a lot about the adjudication process which has ultimately helped our attorney in their case preparation and strategy selection processes. We have always tried to ensure that the applications are tailored to fit the requirements of the client and USCIS norms.
For this, our team makes use of information gathered from our client’s CV and other documents, using which we build a formidable case for them. This means that we tend to pay great attention to their academic and professional qualifications. So, when a client with a D.Sc. in mechanical engineering, energy, and fluids hailing from Brazil asked us to help him with his NIW case, we first tried to find out his current employment state and area of expertise. Having found that he was a research associate working in the field of petroleum engineering, we used his publication and citation records, along with his review experience and funding information to build his case.
We had found that his multiphase flow models have significantly enhanced the efficiency and performance of petroleum operations. And they have also improved the safety of petroleum production by identifying optimally safe facilities, pumps, and equipment designs, parameters, and conditions. His research on flow instabilities like severe slugging and liquid loading has yielded key strategies and designs for preventing these dangerous production bottlenecks. So it became clear that his work was a boon for enhancing the environmental and human safety of petroleum production while maximizing flow stability and production performance.
As evidence of his contributions, his work has resulted in 7 peer-reviewed conference articles (all of them first-authored), 2 peer-reviewed journal articles (1 of them first-authored), 3 patents, and 4 patent applications. His publications have also been cited a total of 129 times according to Google Scholar, thereby demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field of petroleum engineering. He has already conducted at least 8 reviews, including reviews for international magazines of repute in his field.
Our client also obtained 4 recommendation letters from experts, excerpts from which we used in the letter. One such excerpt is quoted below:
“[Client’s] work has undeniable value for the United States. Offshore petroleum production is a major source of oil and natural gas in the nation, and the Gulf of Mexico is a leading production site in the United States. [Client’s] model promotes flow stability and enhances the yield of offshore production sites, making it essential to the United States economy.”
We are thankful to him for placing his trust in us and we wish him success in all of his future endeavors.
