The client that North America Immigration Law Group had the opportunity to work with in this case was a Ph.D. Candidate from Iran. His work has focused specifically on applied electromagnetics and telecommunications engineering. We successfully demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large.
