Case Summary:

Not long ago, North America Immigration Law Group helped a postdoctoral research fellow from Iran file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition. Our client could have filed his case under the EB-2 category, which has a lower standard of law, but he wanted to take advantage of Premium Processing (an option only available for EB-1 categories). This resulted in a speedy adjudication, and he received his approval notice only 19 days after we filed his case.
