Case Summary:

North America Immigration Law Group was hired to file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a professor from India. Our client, who has a Ph.D. in Chemistry, has published 148 scientific papers that have gathered over 1200 citations and has conducted nearly 70 peer reviews on behalf of numerous high-impact journals. His biochemistry research focuses on new strategies for the prognosis and diagnosis of various diseases and on the design of new software to simplify research and obtain improved results.
