Case Summary:

A senior research fellow from India recently hired North America Immigration Law Group to help him file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition. His 666 independent citations, 40 published papers and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering made him a very good candidate to file his case under this particular EB1 category. The 10 instances in which he judged the work of other scientists in his field were also included in the I-140 petition packet that we carefully prepared.
