Case Summary:

Our client, a Malaysian postdoctoral research associate, approached us to help him attain a green card. His Ph.D. in mechanical and aerospace engineering, 60 citations, 7 publications, and other credentials made him, in our eyes, a suitable candidate for EB2-NIW (National Interest Waiver). We knew that in addition to carefully presenting his achievements, we needed to demonstrate our client’s influence in his field through summaries of his research. We also made sure to thoroughly understand how our client’s work utilizes fluid dynamics for noise reduction in supersonic airplanes as well as how his research has contributed to novel nanocomposite superhydrophobic coatings for repelling ice accumulation on aircraft surfaces.
