Case Summary:

North America Immigration Law Group recently worked with a geotechnical engineer from Iran who sought approval for an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. His research focuses on construction material design, and he has advanced degrees in the field of Civil Engineering. Currently, he is an engineer at a well-regarded firm.
