Our client, who has an M.Sc. in Communication and Information Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, engaged our services to apply for a green card. He opted to file under the EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) category and was supported by his employer, a private semiconductor company. Thanks to Premium Processing, our client received an approval notice 21 days after we filed his I-140. (Premium Processing cases are usually adjudicated within 15 days of filing, so this one was slightly longer than usual but still much shorter than the standard processing time).

Employed as an IGBT device design engineer, our client models advanced Silicon Germanium (SiGe) heterojunction bipolar transistors, optimizes insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBT), and simulates fast recovery epitaxial diodes (FRED). His findings are used to develop optimized power devices for enhanced industrial applications, with improvements in cost, system performance, and energy efficiency.
