Case Summary:

In this EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) case, a research associate engaged in the field of environmental science and economics hired North America Immigration Law Group to help her obtain a green card. As this visa category is employer-sponsored, our client convinced her employer (a nonprofit organization) to be her petitioner.

 

Legal Strategy:
