Case Summary:

This EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) case involved an R&D Scientist working in the field of bioanalytical chemistry. He hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him obtain a green card, and his employer—a private company—agreed to serve as his petitioner.

Our client is currently developing analytical methods for investigating several properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), specifically their toxicity and electron transfer capability, as well as developing platforms for the bioanalysis of drugs. We worked diligently to prove that his original investigations clearly benefit the medical and pharmaceutical industries in the United States, and that their applications positively affect the health of Americans.
