Case Summary:

 

A senior engineer from Iran hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. With an M.Sc. from a university in his birth country of Iran and a Ph.D. from one of the top institutions in the United States, our client possessed the prerequisite educational background to file his case under EB-2 NIW. His extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering studying microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), as well as investigating carbon nanotubes, 2D material nanoelectronics, and wearable stress reducing devices also played a role in qualifying him under this visa category.
