Case Summary:

 

In this EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) case, a visiting research assistant professor from India engaged the services of North America Immigration Law Group to help him attain permanent residency. Roughly a month after we filed an I-140 (the first step in green card proceedings) on our client’s behalf, he decided to upgrade his case to Premium Processing (PP). Thanks to PP, he received an approval notice from the USCIS less than two weeks later. Our client is now only one step away from his goal of obtaining a green card.

As with all our clients, we took careful measures to understand and account for our client’s research projects on the molecular interactions that enable the production of crucial enzymes, the replication of microbes, and microbial infections that result in complex diseases.
