In this EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers Alien of Extraordinary) case, our client was a research scientist from China who hired North America Immigration Law Group to help her file an I-140 petition. Her employer—a private company—agreed to be her petitioner.

With a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, 204 citations to her 10 publications, and 25 instances of peer review service, our client had the necessary qualifications to file her case under the EB-1B visa category.
