Case Summary:

 

A little more than eight months ago, North America Immigration Law Group filed an I-140 under the visa category EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) on behalf of an Iranian assistant professor working in the field of civil engineering. Recently, we received the good news that his petition has been approved. We proved that not only is his work beneficial to the nation, but also that ceasing his research efforts in the United States would be detrimental to structural systems in the country, as well as to civil engineers and scientists working in related fields.
