Client’s Testimonial:
“Thank you so much for everything. I really appreciate all your help.”
On March 11th, 2016, we received another EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) approval for a Research Development and Design Chemist in the Field of Materials Chemistry (Approval Notice).
General Field: Materials Chemistry
Position at the Time of Case Filing: Research Development and Design Chemist
Country of Origin: India
Service Center: Texas Service Center (TSC)
State of Residence at the Time of Filing: Texas
Approval Notice Date: March 11th, 2016
Processing Time: 4 Days (Premium Processing Requested)
Case Summary:
“The many years that this research development and design chemist spent working in the field of materials chemistry has armed him with the skillsets needed to lead complicated research projects. His work has led to over a dozen published scientific articles and 154 citations to his work. Additionally, his status as one of the leading chemists in his field has encouraged various high impact journals to seek his insights via peer reviews.”
One of the many ways that North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) convinces the USCIS that our clients’ petitions deserve to be approved is by noting their publication, citation, and peer review record (as exhibited in the opening paragraph). In this case, we filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a gifted chemist from India. Here are some other aspects of the legal services that we offered our client:
- Putting together a thorough petition packet: We took great care to carefully account for our client’s various accomplishments. From detailing his doctoral degree to reviewing his research projects on heterogeneous catalysis for energy and chemical production, unconventional oil recovery systems, and biomass and hydrocarbon conversion for value-added products, we did it all. We then used the information we gathered to demonstrate to the USCIS that our client’s research is extremely beneficial to the United States and that not many other researchers with similar qualifications can attain the same research success.
- Helping our client select recommenders: We helped our client narrow down a list of potential recommenders who were willing to contribute strong recommendation letters in support of our EB1A petition. Our client managed to obtain six letters, all of which verified our argument that he is a leader in his field. Here is a quote that we extracted from one of the letters: “One would be hard-pressed to find a researcher as capable as [Client] in the specialization of catalysis. His work has been of exemplary quality and I am certainly fortunate to have interacted with him and to have observed his research firsthand. I also want to assert that the future of scientific research would be brighter if [Client’s] research were to continue without obstruction. Therefore, the United States is best served by allowing his prolonged efforts.”
- Submitting all the paperwork to the USCIS: As the attorney-on-record, we were responsible for submitting all the relevant EB-1A paperwork to the USCIS. This gave our client more time to focus on his important research.
Thanks to Premium Processing, our client received an approval notice just four days after we filed the case on his behalf. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would like to congratulate our client on this milestone. We thank him for choosing our firm to represent his EB-1A petition, and we wish him well as he embarks on the final leg of the green card journey: the I-485 application.
