This EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) case involved a prominent senior research scientist from India working in the field of computer science. As EB-1B is an employer-petitioned visa category, our client had to get his employer’s full support before hiring North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com). EB-1B Petition:
