These are 3 excerpts taken from the recommendations that our client from India was able to receive for his NIW petition to USCIS on our advice. He has been working as an assistant professor in computer science and has become an integral part of the field here in the United States. Keeping this in mind, when our firm countersigned the retainer agreement, we quickly employed our team to put together any relevant information on his academic and professional career, such as his publications, citations, and review experience along with any funds that he might have received from institutions of repute.

Soon we had discovered that his work in the field has resulted in 15 peer-reviewed conference papers (9 of them first-authored), 2 peer-reviewed journal articles (1 first-authored), and 1 book chapter. Not only this, but his research has also gone on to influence his peers. That is, his publications have been cited a total of 115 times according to Google Scholar at the time of filing I-140. He has completed at least 19 peer reviews to date. Since only the most highly esteemed researchers in the field are invited to evaluate the work of their peers, especially in authoritative journals like these, it was clear that he is seen as very knowledgeable in the field and an expert in topics related to his proposed endeavor.

His research has also been supported by funding from multiple U.S. federal grants that promote indispensable advances in areas such as national security, economic prosperity and defense capabilities. This support of his research, therefore, serves as evidence that his contributions to computer science technology have greatly strengthened several areas of national development in the United States.
