Case Summary:
A gifted physician from India hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to help him file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition. The many years that he has spent saving lives and improving the field of cardiology made him a suitable candidate for this visa category.
Building a winning EB-1A case is easier said than done. A variety of pertinent information was incorporated into the petition packet, part of which was composed of data on our client’s 16 scientific articles, 27 peer-reviewed abstracts, and numerous presentations at national and international conferences. We also detailed the 119 times his work was cited and the 31 times he assessed the work of his peers for various scientific journals.
