Case Summary:

A well-known graduate research assistant from Iran hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. Our client, who is based in California, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and has years of experience working in the same field.

In order to prove to the USCIS that our client deserved the national interest waiver, we collected a wealth of information on his various achievements in the field.
