Case Summary:

Just 3 days after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a research associate from China, the USCIS issued an approval notice. Although the short adjudication timeline was thanks to Premium Processing (PP), we have no doubt that our customized EB1A petition packet paved the way for case approval.

Knowing our client’s strength:

3. Original contributions of major significance to the field: We used Google Scholar to determine the number of citations gathered from our client’s work. At the time of filing, these numbers stood at 151 citations, proving that our client had contributed immensely to his field of pathology.

All the information we gathered was used to persuade the USCIS that our client’s work on infectious diseases is extremely important to the United States. We tailor-made the EB1A petition to demonstrate that our client’s research is particularly original, especially with applications such as the development of diagnostic methods for livestock pathogens. We also included recommendation letters contributed by other influential pathologists, one of whom noted: “These academic and work experiences, combined with his inherent talents, have made [Client] one of the world’s most notable experts in molecular microbiology, infectious disease, and pathology.”
