Case Summary:

Less than 3 months after an Indian postdoctoral researcher in the field of mechanical engineering hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition for him, the USCIS granted his case approval. Our client opted to file under Premium Processing (PP), which greatly reduced the wait time for action to be taken on the petition, but we also believe that our highly detailed and customized EB-1A petition lent a hand in case approval.
