Case Summary:

The client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the opportunity to work in this case was a Researcher from China.  Her work had focused specifically on the human brain imaging and developmental cognitive neuroscience. As a researcher, she has used multimodal neuroimaging techniques to map the human brain functions and explore brain development in healthy and clinical populations. We successfully demonstrated that her continued employment in the field would benefit those in her field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving her highly significant contributions to her field, including 19 peer-reviewed journal, 1 English book chapter, as well as numerous conference presentations. Her publications had been cited at least 144 times at the time we filed the case; nearly all of the citations were by independent researchers around the world, demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field.  The importance of her work was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “[Her] groundbreaking findings, which I discussed in my own research papers, lead to a previously unexplored alternative view that multiple sources of maternal influences.” Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience.
