Client’s testimonial,
Hi [Chen Immigration Team],
It is indeed the best news ever. I’m very surprised how fast USCIS approved my case. Thank you very much for all your efforts. It could not happen without your splendid works. I really appreciate it.
On March 20th, 2013, we received another EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) Approval for a research associate in the field of Civil Engineering. (Approval Notice)
General Field: Civil Engineering
Position at the Time of Case Filing: Adjunct Professor
National Origin: Iran
Service Center: Texas Service Center (TSC)
Processing Time: 9 days
State Residing at the Time of Filing:New York
Case Summary:
NIW cases require the following criteria to be met: the client seeks employment in an area of substantial intrinsic merit; the proposed benefit of the client’s current work is national in scope; and the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required.
With this in consideration, we make sure to work directly with our clients every step of the way to both ensure case approvals and also assure client satisfaction. As in every NIW case we start off by highlighting our client’s background and achievements. In this case, the client had obtained advanced degrees in the field of civil engineering. Also, this client was responsible for creating new testing methods for cracking cement in bridges which was the first of its kind. In addition we illustrated this client’s history of published articles, whereby they were associated with 5 peer-reviewed articles and 10 conference presentations. These publications have resulted in more than 30 citations. Also our client had been consistently invited to present his findings at many prestigious international conferences including the International Structural Engineering and Construction conference.
In addition to the client’s background and achievements, we illustrated both the qualitative and quantitative benefits of his research: specifically this client’s improvements in concrete materials which lead to more environmentally-friendly production processes and more energy-efficient and durable buildings. Using this benefit of his research in combination with recommendation letters from affiliated and unaffiliated peers we were able to show that the national interest would be adversely affected if labor certification process was required.
Using this proven strategy, while correctly articulating the importance surrounding this client’s valued work, we at Chen Immigration Law Associates were able to secure approval for this petition on March 20th, 2013.
With this in consideration, it is important to emphasize that the processes and expertise practiced by Chen Immigration Law Associates. Not only do we develop the best possible strategies for each case, but we execute these strategies with the utmost effectiveness!
