Case Summary: 

A doctoral candidate from Iran engaged the services of North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to obtain a green card. Our client had suitable credentials to qualify for the EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) visa category: an M.Sc. in Computer Science, 93 citations to his work, and a dozen published scientific papers. Even so, he needed our expertise to strengthen his case.

To lend our EB-2 NIW petition more credibility, we encouraged our client to contact expert computer scientists and appeal for recommendation letters. The five letters that he managed to obtain attested to the value of his work to the United States. For instance, one of these letters stated, “Being an exceptional scientist and unmatched in his talents, [Client] is a singular researcher whose projects routinely offer important advantages to the United States in computer technology and wireless networking. In essence, the benefits [Client] provides to the United States are twofold; his wireless network upgrades support both the American economy and communications.”
