Case Summary:

We at Chen Immigration Law strive for excellence in our work. Also our client was invited to present their findings at large prestigious national and international conferences including the 13th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and 16th International Conference on Digital Signal Processing.

Secondly, we gathered evidence to support the proposed benefit of this client’s work and its overall national benefits. Using our effective case processing methodology we worked with the client and used our research technology to procure evidence and recommendation letters that would ensure a case approval. Specifically those who recommended our client stated: ‘The ramifications of Dr. X are clear, as his groundbreaking research has the potential to positively influence the lives of millions of children here in the United States,’ as well as ‘Dr. X’s novel methods in studying the human brain connectome using a combination of structural and functional imaging, have helped colleagues in his field obtain a far greater wealth of information regarding brain activity of autism patients, which has had the effect of opening new opportunities for research.’

Finally, we proved that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. As this is arguably the most daunting task associated with filing EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petitions, it is important that each case establishes evidence directly corresponding to their claimed criteria.
