The USCIS spent a total of 3.5 months reviewing our client’s EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition before granting their approval. Thanks to PP, our client enjoyed accelerated adjudication—just 2 days after the upgrade, the USCIS approved his petition.
