Case Summary:

Merely one week after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) petition for a development engineer from India, the USCIS approved his case. Not only did our client have a doctoral degree and ample experience working in the field of materials science, he also had the full support of his employer—an American company—who served as the case’s petitioner.

Qualifying for EB-1B:

EB1B is a subcategory of priority worker and in order to obtain petition approval, we essentially had to demonstrate that our client had achieved international recognition as being outstanding in his field of materials science.
