Case Summary:

According to the USCIS, “To qualify for an O-1 visa, the beneficiary must demonstrate extraordinary ability by sustained national or international acclaim and must be coming temporarily to the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability.” We made sure that our client met the criteria by carefully evaluating his background, field of expertise, and various achievements in the field of aerospace engineering. Once we confirmed that he was a good candidate for O1-A, we gathered a wealth of information pertaining to his accomplishments as a research scientist and started building a solid case.

Not only does our client have a doctorate in aerospace engineering, he also boasts extensive experience conducting impactful research in the field. His work has led to the publication of one book chapter, five peer-reviewed journal articles, and eight peer-reviewed conference articles, which have collectively been cited 111 times. Further, our client has assessed the work of his peers 17 times, demonstrating his respected status in the field.

As part of our services, we also carefully reviewed and detailed our client’s research on the development of applications such as producing high-fidelity models for fluid flows. Although the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE), our team effectively and efficiently responded to it.
